Hi!  I’m Susan the creator, cook and photographer behind Feasts and Fotos.

This little blog perfectly combines two passions of mine:  food and photography. Although on a daily basis I eat relatively clean, you will find recipes of all types on this blog; from sweet and sinful to light and healthy.  I firmly believe in enjoying yourself and indulging in things you love.  In moderation, of course.  Most of my recipes and inspirations come from a variety of cookbooks, magazines, blogs and restaurants.  Some I have even created myself. Every recipe on this blog I have eaten at least once (some many times over the years) and would not share something here that I would not recommend to a good friend.

Originally a Jersey girl from an Italian family, I have lived in New York for what seems like forever.  I spent over a decade in my favorite part of NYC, Greenwich Village, enjoying some of the best food in the world before heading to the suburbs where I now live with my husband and daughter, my taste-testers.  Once I left that microscopic kitchen in the village and moved to a place with a normal sized kitchen, I started cooking more and soon realized how much I love creating delicious food and feeding the people I love.
